Will start to regularly post again soon. Have a whole list of topics to discuss. Have been out of the circuit for awhile due to working on five videos that discuss daily habits that rob us of our health and energy. They are free and will be out soon. If interested, you can go to my website and opt-in on the right hand side for the free report. That will put you in line for the videos when they come out.

An outstanding share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a colleague who was conducting a little research on this. And he actually ordered me lunch due to the fact that I found it for him… lol. So let me reword this…. Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to discuss this subject here on your website.

Hi Dr. Chappell, I am ordering a ball today. Do you have a brand you like, or attributes I should look for when purchasing (ie: burst resistant)?

Hi Robin, Look directly below the video on the post and you will see a link. That will take you to an Amazon page with options. I do not have a preference. Some of the chairs are just the ball and base with rolling casters. Others have low back supports and some with arm rests. It all comes down to your preference. If sitting on the ball chair is too low for the right level of your arms to the keyboard, you can get “lifters” to raise it up. You unsnap the caster, put in the lifter, and then reinsert the original caster. Let me know if you have any other questions.
